- Children up to 3 years of age don´t pay the daily price. They are our guests. A cot (0 to 3 years) can be provided if desired, without charges.

- The mandatory intermediate cleaning, inclusive change of bed linen and towels, every 14 days is charged by € 50, 00. The intermediate cleaning and the final cleaning will be payed directly to the on- site administration.
- Extra cleaning and change of bed linen can be agreed for a fee with the administration.
- For a 14 days stay for 2 people, the cost of use would be € 1.490, 00.

- A weekly binding is not necessary, after the first week arrival and departure are possible anytime (for example 9, 17, 25 days stay).
