• Children up to 3 years of age are our guests, the daily price will not be charged for them.

• The mandatory intermediate cleaning, including the change of bed linen and towels every 14 days, will be charged with €50,00. Intermediate and final cleaning will be payed to the administration on site.
• For a 14 days stay for 2 people the costs of use will be € 1.910,00.
• A weekly binding is not necessary; the arrival and the departure after the 1^st week are possible any time (for example, 9, 17, 25 days stay).

 

• Long- term tenants receive a discount from 4 weeks rental onwards, please inquire.
